We attach great importance to the fastest possible delivery. For this reason it may happen that a cancellation is no longer possible and the item will still be shipped to you.

In this case, please accept the package and return it with the return slip and the reason for return.

You can easily check the availability of a XOXO item by the color marking (round dot in red = currently not available, green = available) on the product page.

There is no legal right of withdrawal in Switzerland.

Nevertheless, we give you the possibility of a return. You can return the received XOXO item to us without giving any reason within 10 days at our expense.

In case of such a decision, please mark the reason for return or use of the right of withdrawal on the return slip.

All refunds are made via the payment method you used when placing the order (e.g. you thus always receive payment to the account from which it was transferred).

A XOXO table lamp is always completely assembled and ready for connection.

You will receive the refund after we have received and inspected your return via the original payment method.

From an order value of Fr. 250.- the delivery by mail is free of charge.

Below this order value Fr. 249.99 a shipping fee of Fr. 9.50 will be charged.

We attach great importance to a fast execution of your order. For this reason, unfortunately, usually no change can be made to an existing order after you have completed your order.

The table lamp is always disconnected from the power supply for transport.

Please turn the lamp onto the foot and press the "On/Off" button switch right next to the centered charging pin.

All XOXO products have a warranty period of 24 months.

If you want to claim a damaged XOXO product, please use the return slip and note the reason for return.

After the successful shipment of your ordered XOXO products you will receive an email with the tracking link of the Swiss Post. You can use this link to check the current shipment status of your package at any time. Please note that your order will take at least 2 days to be delivered and will be given to you personally against signature.
